Daiquirí is a Cuban beach 🏊 at the east of Santiago de Cuba, where the name of the world famous cocktail was born, preferred by the American novelist Ernest Hemingway and immortalized by the bartender Constantino Ribalaigua, “the great Constant”, in the restaurant El Floridita in Havana, cradle of the Daiquiri.

📄Ingredients:  sugar (half a teaspoon), lemon juice (1/4 ounce), white rum, marrasquino drops, crushed or frappe ice

Instructions: Mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve it in a champagne glass.🍸

Daiquirí es una playa cubana 🏊 al este de Santiago de Cuba, de allí surgió el nombre del  mundialmente conocido coctel, preferido por novelista estadounidense Ernest Hemingway e inmortalizado por el cantinero Constantino Ribalaigua, “el gran Constante”, en el restaurante El Floridita en La Habana, cuna del Daiquiri.

📄Ingredientes: azúcar (media cucharadita), jugo de limón (1/4 de onza), ron blanco, gotas de marrasquino, hielo triturado o frappé

Instrucciones: Batir bien en una batidora todos los ingredientes y servirlo en una copa de champán.🍸
